Data Analytics Platform for Mobile User Acquisition Managers

The Vision

  • To create a lightweight, data discovery and full funnel analysis tool for mobile UA Managers that streamlines and collects all of our most important data (from all of our advertising sources, MMP (attribution service), and revenue reporting) in one place, is extremely fast at uncovering insights, and costs nothing.

  • This will enable us to adapt quickly to changes in performance, notify the product team of potential issues, and focus more time on developing creative and launching effective campaigns
    (P.S. no monthly SaaS fees!!!)

The Solution

Features

A single page system with two modalities of data visualization on top and full funnel analysis on bottom.

Modality One — Discovery: The Over Time graph is a lightweight and fast form of data discovery, which helps identify when and why issues in performance occur, making it easy to gain insights into what action to take in response.

Modality Two — Prediction: The comparison graph is the beginnings of a tool for predicting revenue based on user behavior or LTV. Currently it is useful for predicting the last 7 days of revenue based on Trial Starts since subscription based apps don’t see revenue over that period of time. Eventually it could be a much more robust predictive modeling tool. Always room for improvement ;)

Full Funnel Analysis: This section makes it easy to see what the overall trend is across the entire funnel, split out by each ad network, making it quick and easy to compare performance across all our sources.
